1. What do I get when I rent bikes at Rental Center?
You get bikes in perfect shape and working condition, free locks and free local maps with bike routes, useful tips and information from our experienced professional team, our phone number in case of trouble, a big smile and a great thanks!
2. What do I need to rent a bike?
You should be 18+, you need to show a valid document to be identified (passport, ID or drivers license), you need to sign the rental contract and to leave an original deposit document (passport, ID or drivers license) or a cash deposit in the rented bikes value for the duration of the contract.
3. What is the rental contract about?
In simple words, you take full responsibility of the hired bikes and equipment. We would like you treat our bikes well, as you treat your own. If you abuse or damage them, you’ll have to pay for the damage. In case of lost or stolen bikes or equipment you have to pay for new ones.
4. What about prices, discounts and payment?
We want you to get the best for your money at our rental, and we guarantee you will. In case you find elsewhere a better deal for the same kind/quality of bikes/equipment, give us the proof and we will gladly match the price and give you an additional discount. All payments in cash in Croatian Kuna, prices in Euro are approximate just for information.
5. How to book bikes and bike delivery?
Please check our website, choose what you like best and let us know. When possible please book in advance, we accept advanced bookings for 4+ days rent. For large group orders and/or shorter rentals please contact us.
If you want the bikes delivered please give us the full address, date, time and your phone contact.
6. How long may I keep the bike?
As long as agreed in the contract. If you wish to keep the bike for longer please let us know in time (phone, mail, stop at the shop…), if possible you’ll keep it and will pay the difference at bike return.
7. What if I have a problem with the bike?
Contact us, we will do our best to solve the problem ASAP fixing the bike or swapping with a new one.
8. Should we clean the bikes before return?
No thanks, it is not allowed, enjoy the ride, we will take care about cleaning, it’s included in the rental price.
9. What in case I'm dissatisfied with the service?
Our primary goal is customer satisfaction, so please don’t hesitate, tell us immediately, it is very important to us to know, we will do our best to promptly solve the issue. Thanks!
